INTERIOR PAINTING INCLUDES:
- Keep the job site clean throughout the project
- Plastic off all necessary areas
- Place drop sheets everywhere
- Do all proper prep work prior to painting
- Scrape & peel all loose paint Prime all bare areas
EXTERIOR PAINTING INCLUDES:
- Keep the job site clean throughout the project
- Power wash all exterior areas Scrape & peel loose paint
- Prime all bare areas Repair all holes & cracks in wood & stucco
- 2 coat mill thickness process
- Paint below the grade on the stem wall Plastic off all necessary areas
- Place drop sheets everywhere prep work prior to painting
- If client provides new composite garage door seal, Action Painting LLC will install (8'x 2" each)
- Front facing fence walls (if already painted)
